Ringelmann Chart "Ringelmann Chart" means the Ringelmann scale for grading the density of smoke published by the latest British Standard in BS 2742 series or equivalent Malaysian Standard, or any chart, recorder, indicator, or device for the measurement of smoke density which is approved by the Director-General as the equivalent of the said Ringelmann scale;
